1. Order Processing Time

• In-Stock Items: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Made-to-Order / Pre-order Items: Items that are out of stock or made to order require approximately 2–4 weeks of production time before shipment.

2. Shipping Methods We use reliable shipping services to ensure your order arrives safely:

• Domestic (Thailand): Shipped via Thailand Post or leading private courier services.
• International: Shipped via Air Parcel / ePacket through Thailand Post.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight of the item and the destination. Rates follow Thailand Post standard pricing and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment status 24/7.

International Shipping Terms

• Import Duties & Taxes: For international orders, customers may be responsible for any applicable import duties or customs taxes as required by the destination country.
• Delivery Time: Delivery times vary by destination. Air shipments typically take 7–21 business days.
