Refund Policy

At Toei Parts, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and uninstalled.
All original tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging.
A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at toieshopify@gmail.com to request a return authorization before sending any items back.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent back without prior authorization.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at toieshopify@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Products manufactured to your specific requirements.
Sale Items: Items purchased during promotional or clearance events.
Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order separately. This ensures the quickest turnaround for your replacement.
6. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Items must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved: A refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at toieshopify@gmail.com.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
