Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, undamaged and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., bespoke or bespoke products), and personal hygiene products (e.g., beauty products). Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have, and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
EU 14-Day Order Hold Period
Regardless of the above provisions, if an item is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to give a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, undamaged and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, You will automatically receive a refund through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need some time to process and issue the refund.
