Thank you for choosing Toei Parts. We are committed to delivering quality motorcycle parts and accessories to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items: Items that are out of stock or require custom production will take approximately 2–4 weeks to process before shipment. You will be notified of the estimated timeline at the time of purchase.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

2. Shipping Methods

We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • Domestic (Thailand): Shipped via Thailand Post or leading private courier services.

  • International: Shipped via Thailand Post Air Parcel / ePacket or equivalent international courier services.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual weight of your order and the destination. Rates are referenced from Thailand Post's standard tariffs and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We offer free domestic shipping on qualifying orders. Please check our current promotions for details.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment status 24/7 through the carrier's website or tracking portal.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.

5. International Shipping

  • Import Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are beyond our control.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times vary by destination. Standard international air shipping typically takes 7–21 business days from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or local postal conditions.

  • Customs Declaration: All international shipments are declared at their full value in accordance with international trade regulations. We are unable to mark shipments as "gifts" or under-declare values.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographic evidence (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
